KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, lakwin requires identity verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS ID). lakwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. During any such investigation, funds in the account may be temporarily withheld.
All transactions on the lakwin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). lakwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are credited to your lakwin account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. lakwin is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network outages, or bank processing times.

Bets are final once confirmed. lakwin does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where a manifest error has occurred on the part of lakwin (see below).
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, or technical malfunctions — lakwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. lakwin's decision on manifest errors is final.
Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. lakwin is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lakwin's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lakwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if lakwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
lakwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.
lakwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Upon termination for cause, lakwin may withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, lakwin may forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting the lakwin support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through lakwin's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
lakwin operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by lakwin's internal process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
lakwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the lakwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
